Immunofluorescence analysis of ARK5 in U2OS cells using a ARK5 monoclonal antibody (Product # PA5-18919) at 10 µg/mL for1hr. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation was followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL) showing nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL)followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).
